We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data may be shared only with Square (our payment and booking processor) as necessary to complete your reservation.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information. All payment transactions are encrypted and processed through Square's PCI-compliant platform.

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number at booking, you consent to receive SMS messages regarding your reservation, including confirmation, reminders, and any changes to your booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

2. Rental Rules & Guest Conduct

STRICTLY NO SMOKING ON THE PREMISES

Smoking of any kind — including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, e-cigarettes, marijuana, or any other substance — is strictly prohibited inside or within 25 feet of the property. Violation will result in immediate termination of the rental with no refund, plus a mandatory $500 deep-cleaning fee charged to the renter.

3. Damage & Liability Policy

Renter Responsibility

The renter is fully responsible for any and all damage, loss, or theft that occurs during their rental period, including damage caused by their guests.

Damage Assessment

Prior to each rental, Amazing Captures conducts a walkthrough inspection of the property. Upon departure, a post-rental inspection is performed. Any damage identified will be documented with photographs and reported to the renter within 24 hours.

Damage Fees

Payment of Damages

Damage fees will be charged to the payment method on file within 5 business days of the rental date. If the renter disputes the charge, they may contact us within 48 hours of notification to review the documentation.

Liability Waiver

Amazing Captures is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or personal property during the rental period. Renters assume full liability for themselves and their guests while on the premises. We strongly recommend that renters carry their own event or liability insurance for large gatherings.

5. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from the use of this space shall be resolved in Sacramento County, California. By completing a booking, the renter agrees to these terms and conditions in full.

Amazing Captures reserves the right to update these policies at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking applies to that reservation.
