When you book with Amazing Captures, we collect the following information:
- Full name and contact details (email address, phone number)
- Booking date, time, and service selected
- Payment information (processed securely by Square — we do not store card numbers)
- Any messages or special requests submitted during booking
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to:
- Confirm and manage your reservation
- Send booking confirmations and reminders via email and SMS
- Process payment and issue receipts
- Contact you regarding your booking if needed
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data may be shared only with Square (our payment and booking processor) as necessary to complete your reservation.
California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
As a California resident, you have the right to request disclosure of the personal information we collect about you, request deletion of your data, and opt out of any sale of personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at amazingcaptures271@gmail.com.
Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information. All payment transactions are encrypted and processed through Square's PCI-compliant platform.
SMS Communications
By providing your phone number at booking, you consent to receive SMS messages regarding your reservation, including confirmation, reminders, and any changes to your booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
2. Rental Rules & Guest Conduct
Smoking of any kind — including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, e-cigarettes, marijuana, or any other substance — is strictly prohibited inside or within 25 feet of the property. Violation will result in immediate termination of the rental with no refund, plus a mandatory $500 deep-cleaning fee charged to the renter.
General Rules
- The space must be vacated by the end of your booked time slot. Overtime will be charged at $150/hr.
- Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. Overcrowding is a fire hazard and grounds for immediate termination of the rental.
- No open flames, candles, or fireworks on the premises without prior written approval.
- Music and noise must remain at a level that does not disturb neighboring properties. Quiet hours apply after 10:00 PM Sunday–Thursday.
- All guests must treat the space and equipment with respect.
- Illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement.
3. Damage & Liability Policy
The renter is fully responsible for any and all damage, loss, or theft that occurs during their rental period, including damage caused by their guests.
Damage Assessment
Prior to each rental, Amazing Captures conducts a walkthrough inspection of the property. Upon departure, a post-rental inspection is performed. Any damage identified will be documented with photographs and reported to the renter within 24 hours.
Damage Fees
- Minor damage (scuffs, small stains, broken items): Actual cost of repair or replacement
- Deep cleaning required (excessive mess, spills, smoke/vaping): Minimum $500 cleaning fee
- Major structural damage: Full cost of repair as assessed by a licensed contractor
- Theft or missing property: Full replacement value of the item(s)
Payment of Damages
Damage fees will be charged to the payment method on file within 5 business days of the rental date. If the renter disputes the charge, they may contact us within 48 hours of notification to review the documentation.
Liability Waiver
Amazing Captures is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or personal property during the rental period. Renters assume full liability for themselves and their guests while on the premises. We strongly recommend that renters carry their own event or liability insurance for large gatherings.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- More than 72 hours before booking: Full refund issued.
- 24–72 hours before booking: 50% refund issued.
- Less than 24 hours before booking: No refund. The full booking amount is forfeited.
- No-shows: No refund. The full booking amount is forfeited.

5. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from the use of this space shall be resolved in Sacramento County, California. By completing a booking, the renter agrees to these terms and conditions in full.
Amazing Captures reserves the right to update these policies at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking applies to that reservation.
